I understand these images were taken last fall, but I wanted to share them with you. I am so glad that Mera and I finally had a photo shoot. Despite the fact that I am a photographer, we had no “beautiful” images of us that we could print and share. When I found out that Yuriy and Julia Manchik (Photographers & Travelers based in Seattle, WA) are going to be in town and they were open for a session, I was so excited. During the photo session, we had such a blast with them. Honestly, I felt somewhat uncomfortable, because I am used to being on the other side of the camera. Other than that, it was truly an amazing experience. One of the reasons why I was looking forward to a photo session with the Manchiks, is because they are a great inspiration to my work. From their Photography to Traveling, they taught me to, live life without boundaries.
